Munnar


Munnar, this exquisite summer resort was developed by the Scottish in 19th century. Most of this place is covered with cardamon garden and there are more then 30 tea garden in this area. Best known as the Kashmir of South India this place is every traveler's delight.

Spice Gardens Munnar Attractions
In the heart of this hill station there is Roman Catholic Christ Church. Built in 193, this church is most famous for its architectural wealth. 13 km from the Munner city on the convergence of three hilly river Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni,and Kundala, Pullivasal Hydro Electro Project And Mattupatty lake are located. One may enjoy boating in the lake. Devikulam or the lake of the goddess of heaven, 16 km far from the Munnar city, is famous for its spice gardens and picnic spots. Marayoor of the Munnar has a natural growth of the sandal wood. The highest peak in South India, Anamudi, gives audacious tourists a scope for trekking.

Trivandrum


Trivandrum or Thiruvananthapuram, the sate capital, is bounded by a wealth of natural beauty. Trivandrum is settled on the seven hill plateau of Sahyadri Mountain on the lap of the mother nature. It has exceptionally fine museum, an amusement park, flower garden etc.

Thekkady
